Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. All eligible returns and exchanges include a free downloadable pre-paid return label.
How do I return or exchange a product?

Pack your item in the original packaging and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail or approved courier.
Are exchanges accepted?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a different size, colour, or even a different product.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds are always made to the original payment method in GBP (£).
