2. Billing Information Accuracy

3. Pricing & Promotions

  • Price Changes: Product prices may change from time to time. Any changes will apply only to new orders placed after the update. Orders already completed will not be affected.

  • Discount Codes: Promotional codes must be entered at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, codes:

    • Apply only to new orders

    • Cannot be combined with other offers

    • Cannot be applied retroactively

  • Confirmation Email: After checkout, you will receive an email confirming your order, selected payment method, and delivery option. This email serves as proof of purchase.

  • Invoice: A printed invoice, listing each product, any discounts, and shipping fees (if applicable), will be enclosed with your shipment.

5. Payment Processing

  • Authorization: By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the full order amount to your chosen payment method. All payments undergo verification and fraud screening.

  • Failed Transactions: If a payment is declined, we will notify you by email. You may provide an alternative payment method to complete your purchase.

6. Refunds

All refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method in British Pounds Sterling (£).

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

⚠️ If a chargeback is filed and found to be unwarranted after investigation, we reserve the right to recover the original order amount and any associated costs.
